About the role
Our Project Management team is growing and we want You to be a part of
it! This is a great chance to join a fast growing organisation as Project
Manager and be a part of the future. This role focuses on client
management, as a Project Manager, You will be working with our current
clients to deliver the best service possible by collaborating with developers
and stakeholders to ensure the performance excellence.
  • Technical setup of interaction with payment providers
  • Monitoring the performance of payment providers, payment risk assessment
  • Identification and elimination of incidents with the payments of external users
  • Interaction with payment providers and customer support service on arising issues
  • Reconciliations with payment providers
  • Increasing the conversion and passability of payments
  • Preferably experience of working with payment service providers but not mandatory
  • Understanding of API of payment systems, ability to read logs
  • Very good command of English and Russian languages
  • Experience in customer support service is desirable
