About us
Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow key client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Communication with B2B partners
  • Understand clients' needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet
    their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
    and successful client outcomes
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage financial terms, ensuring mutually
    beneficial agreements
  • Help find the best technical solutions for clients needs
  • Provide timely support and resolutions to client queries and issues
  • Conduct regular account reviews, presenting performance reports to clients and
    internal stakeholders
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, advocating for their needs within the
    organization
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the fintech or payments industry
  • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Russian (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence positive outcomes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
    environment
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Confluence, Jira and comfortable working
    with Mac
