About the role

experience with Payment systems and have a vision about a better

Responsibilities
  • Financial data analysis, big data processing of payments in different currencies,
    checking of reports, and cost optimization
  • Identification and mitigation of financial risks through data analysis, making
    financial projections, providing insights into financial data and trends.
  • Reconciliation with merchants’ balances, settlements, managing information
    about transactions from the provider.
  • Additional calculations, including commissions, chargebacks, fines, etc.
  • Control of internal accounting and accurate representation of transactions in
    company systems.
  • Collation, analysis in Excel program, matching with registers, further work to
    resolve the identified discrepancies, collaboration with 1, 2, 3 line’s support.
  • Interior protocols creating, systematizing of interior processes.
  • Negotiations with payment service providers.
  • Monitoring of financial performance indicators and liquidity.
  • Following up of related documentation, including but not limited to agreements,
    annexes, statements, reports etc.
  • Collaboration with AML department and providing necessary information in case
    of incoming requests (financial reports/reviews, related statistics, explanations
    and comments on aforementioned data)
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Experience with 1C will be considered an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to prioritise and make decisions
  • Solid English skills, Russian will be considered as an advantage
